About Me

Wellness As A Way of Life is the culmination of more than 10 years of my experience, knowledge and know-how in the wellness space. My own integrated wellness journey has allowed me to completely transform as a person, a mother and entrepreneur and I am so excited to share this highly curated and digestible series of transmissions with you!


This course will compress time for you and help you distill down the most potent practices for you to create a personalized menu of practices and tips that you can thread into your existing life.


I’m Megan Swan, an Integrated Wellness Coach & Strategic Advisor specializing in working with high performance humans, leaders, entrepreneurs and modern companies to help them thread strategic wellness practices into their existing routines and company culture. In doing so it enables more sustainable energy, motivation, and confidence to achieve their goals without burnout.


I have 10+ years of integrative wellness experience as a certified IIN Health Coach, Plant-Based Chef, Yoga Teacher and Educator.

The Protocol

You already have all the technology you need - your body is sacred technology.


Less is more in terms of practices and information.


Wellness should feel embodied, not outside of yourself.
